Bianca Collard is an experienced early childhood leader, educational mentor, and passionate advocate for high-quality early learning. With more than a decade of experience in the early childhood sector, Bianca has built her career through hands-on teaching, educational leadership, and service management, progressing from Early Childhood Educator to Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader.
Bianca provides strategic leadership, mentors educators, and champions a culture of continuous improvement, child safety, and educational excellence. Her passion lies in supporting children to become confident, capable learners while fostering strong partnerships with families, educators, schools, and the wider community.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Bianca is dedicated to building positive workplace cultures where educators feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow. She brings extensive expertise in educational leadership, quality improvement, team development, compliance, and the implementation of innovative learning environments that encourage curiosity, independence, and creativity.
Outside of work, Bianca's greatest joy is her family. Together with her husband, Brad, she is raising their two daughters, Charlotte (9) and Violet (6). Family adventures, bike rides, and creating lasting memories together are at the heart of their lives. When she finds a quiet moment, Bianca loves to relax with a good book and is always looking for her next great read.
