How to Enrol
Joining the Blossom Buds Early Learning family is a simple and supportive process.
We’re here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring your family feels informed, welcomed, and confident from the very first conversation.
Whether you’re planning ahead or ready to start soon, our team will help you find the best path into care at our early learning centre in Wallan.
-
The first step is to get in touch. You can enquire through our website or contact our team directly.
We’ll chat about:Your preferred start date
The age of your child
Required days of care
Current availability
This helps us understand your family’s needs so we can provide the right guidance from the beginning.
-
We believe seeing the centre is the best way to get a feel for who we are.
On your tour, you’ll:Explore our indoor and outdoor environments
Meet our educators
Learn how our play-based learning programs work
Ask questions about routines, meals, fees, CCS and wellbeing
Tours are relaxed and unhurried — you’ll have plenty of time to look around and picture your child learning and growing with us.
-
If you decide Blossom Buds is the right fit, we’ll send you an enrolment pack with everything you need.
This includes:
The Complying Written Arrangement (CWA)
Centre and room information
Details needed for enrolment and safety
Direct debit setup through Kidsoft
Your child’s place is confirmed once all forms are completed and your direct debit is set up.
-
Most families receive the Child Care Subsidy (CCS).
Once your enrolment is submitted, simply:
Log into your myGov account
Confirm your child's enrolment with Blossom Buds
Submit your CCS claim if you are new to childcare
If you need help, our team is always happy to support you through the process.
-
We want every child to feel comfortable and secure before their first full day.
Your orientation includes:
Three one-hour sessions, scheduled at times that work for you
Time to meet the educators
Space for your child to explore the room
Opportunities to discuss routines, comfort items, and your child’s unique needs
Families must remain onsite during orientation, and additional sessions are available if needed.
-
When your first official day arrives, you will:
Sign in using Kidsoft Konnect at the foyer
Bring a labelled drink bottle, a change of clothes, and any comfort items
Chat with educators about how your child is feeling
Our team will greet your child warmly and help them settle in with familiar routines, gentle reassurance, and plenty of care.
Ongoing Support, Always.
Your enrolment doesn’t end on the first day — it’s the beginning of a partnership.
We stay connected through Storypark, where you’ll receive updates, photos, routines, and learning stories throughout the year.
Our team is always here to listen, answer questions, and support your family as your child continues to blossom.
