Complete our online enrolment form

Please fill in every section of the form, including the Customer Reference Numbers (CRNs) for both parents or guardians and your child, so the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) can be applied.

You'll also need to upload your child's birth certificate and their Immunisation History Statement, which you can download from the Medicare app.

Email confirmation

Once we receive your form, our team will email you to confirm your child's place and arrange their orientation sessions.

Set up your parent app and direct debit

Before your child's first day, we'll send you everything you need to set up our parent app and your direct debit. We'll also ask you to confirm your Complying Written Arrangement (CWA) with us.

Confirm your enrolment in myGov

Log in to myGov and confirm your child's enrolment with Blossom Buds Early Learning, so your Child Care Subsidy can be applied to your fees.
